From what I have seen many of them include the tips. Servers usually make a lower wage , so in most cases their wage will be less than $10k but then they make tips that can average from $20,000-$70,000 depending on where you go. This is why picking a good place to serve at matters
I would ecpect this to only be the hourly payment by the restaurant as tips are boni by the customers.
However i live in germany where the tipping procedure is different to the US.
It sure is.. we make about $2-3 an hour so I always get blank pay checks… no offense, but I think that’s why most Europeans I serve hardly tip.. they think the restaurant is paying us minimum wage or something lol
