It's fine. Think of it this way, in 10 years you will regret not doing something that you really wanted to do and wish you had. But there are some questions you should consider first.
Is there a certain job you want with the degree when finished?
And is the kind of job you want actually realistically available where you are?
Can you pay your way through school without gaining a lot of student loan debt?
As long as someone can still get in 20 years of work before they are retirement age, it isn't too late to switch job/career fields.
I'm interested in digital marketing but i can't find a job or intership bc i dont have any degree, i think it will help my career on digital marketing.
And universities are free in my country so i dont need any olan, but ofc i have to work at the same time to pay my rent etc. It can be hard manage my time for this...
If I knew I was getting paid well or have a guaranteed position in a field I loved and being poor was not an issue ONLY. I am hitting Bank on Cash or Career Love or I would not go back.
Of course not. I think you should do it otherwise you'll regret it later

I started at 27. I've heard of others that stated way later than that.
The main problem is, after this age if i go to university i have to work at the same time I don't know if i can manage my time
Go part time for a while at a Jr. College. In the first place, it's cheaper and you don't have to go all day or every day and, secondly, if you want to, you can cross-register a class or 3 at the university and only have to pay the Jr. College for the classes. That way, you can stay at your job, take the classes and credits you want and get a head start on university so, by the time you're ready to go full time, you'll already have that head start and will only have to go two years instead of the full 4.
Nothing is too late.
I don’t believe in degrees to waste time on it but If I believe in it then age isn’t a problem
No, go for it. It's never too late.
