What are the ways to celebrate Women's Day in the workplace?

We're planning to celebrate Women's Day with our coworkes at workplace. Do you have any suggestions? How can we celebrate it in a office with more than 10 women?

If it’s for employees as a boss:

balloons/ some table top/ desk pieces.

Maybe party hats with the name and a bouquet or a singular but beautiful flower to hand them to take to their work area and after the day is done.

would be nice if once a boss could organize a small business luncheon out for everyone really. Just everyone treat themselves in the tribute and celebration of Women’s day.

If things have to be cheap. A rose and a nice speech (not of endless praise lol/ nothing snobbish) but one of motivation and gratitude or so, and the general imploring of women to press onwards.

If it’s amongst employees and the boss happens to be a female- maybe sole gift card or something sweet. Flowers or candies are always nice.

All of women history will not be CHANGED on a single day lol but for women who are serious, then gathering and grasping inspiration from previous notable women in history will be part of the big help.

Some recognition to great women and celebrating THEM will be the best thing to be done on a day like this.

We can’t ever forget what they contributed. Remember. And treat women of today nicely, and remind them they can go onwards and if any are serious of it, partnering with them to navigate and access those goals and network reservoirs. Those leads.

Honestly don’t know maybe just put a 1940s poster of “we can do it”. Also I don’t really understand the use for women’s day because if they have that shouldn’t they have Mens day to because they have invented way more things than women. I would probably just ignore women’s day and not celebrate it at all.

Don't make excuses for your works. If you have targets achieve that first. And after that if you have time and you want the woman's day to be more enjoyable just have a few places decorated with flowers and maybe you can wear a certain outfit for every women in there. Be leaders woman's day is not as important if your goals are have works pending to do.

Or, you could celebrate it the way men's day is celebrated in the office, by getting some work done.
