None of the senior people on my team even understand the ask either. She put me on this project all alone and isn’t really helping me.

Very sorry you're dealing with that. That's both shitty and stressful to go through on a new job. But what it seems could be happening is what we call a set up. Like your manager is already setting you up to fail so that it can go towards a motive of terminating you.
You said you're already 3 months in, but I don't know if you mean roughly 3 months or exactly 3 months. Usually after your 90 day probation period you're safe, but if she pulled this even now it's because she's trying to put the pressure on you and either feels like you should be able to handle something like that now, or she's doing it intentionally.
I seriously have been non stop crying and having panic attacks. I pushed myself so insanely hard to get up to speed on all the technology and everything.
My coworker I confided in who is actually genuine told me he thinks it’s a setup for sure. And said she blindsided people a lot.
I fucking hate this bitch. How dare she. It’s abusive. I also work tons of overtime (she knows) and isn’t paying me for it.
Okay then NOW you need to be going to HR about all of that. And if she's done this to more than one person, she is a total snake. HR is a bitch, but this is a case they might be able to help you on. Don't sit there and take her shit like that.
I might hire an attorney. I want this bitch to have some karma and get fired. I feel 0 remorse for anything bad I could say about her and I’m someone who’s usually forgiving and kind. Once she gave me a hard time about being late to a lunch group outting but once I was about to leave to go to it she said it’s cancelled…then was a bitch when I showed up like 15 minutes late! She canceled then said it was back on.
Oh and she made me write some BS improvement plan and I set up meetings for a new project I was on and prepared it…and she didn’t even show up!
Getting a lawyer is good. You should always have a legal plan through your job benefits. And when you go to HR let them know you intend to take legal action if you have to.
She only likes Asian people. So I feel like it’s discrimination.
Even more of a reason to handle it. Hopefully HR will be on your side.
So I was fired for reporting her.
Wowwwwww. That is dirty as shit, AND illegal. Firing you for reporting a manager is workplace retaliation, and you can get a legal team to fight that. You might not get your job back but you could be compensated for it.
