Does paid surveys really work?

Are u ever did paid surveys online, have u earn a lot from it, are their good websites for that?

I tried a few once. Since my demographics (straight, white, male, and broke as hell) didn't match with many, and none of the sites would track that, I ended up having to re-enter the same information and get rejected again and again and again. I calculated I was making about twelve cents an hour; literally less than I'd be making in prison. You might have better luck.
