Currently, I have received two Presidents awards from my college and have joined an honors society Phi Theta Kappa. Does that matter to employers? Will that actually mean anything?

It might matter to some people. Maybe one of the hiring managers is a Phi Beta Kappa and it might work in your favor. Don't leave it off your resume but don't brag about it either.

I don’t think it will hurt. As others said some roll’s require a lot of work and dedication.
An employer for a job that's worth your while will care.
