Do you think honors and awards received in college will really mean anything after one graduates?

Currently, I have received two Presidents awards from my college and have joined an honors society Phi Theta Kappa. Does that matter to employers? Will that actually mean anything?

It might matter to some people. Maybe one of the hiring managers is a Phi Beta Kappa and it might work in your favor. Don't leave it off your resume but don't brag about it either.

People put those kind of things on resumes. I think iut shows employers that you're willing to go the extra mile.
