Look after you health daily , make as much money as you possibly can and invest , invest , invest. And I wish I followed this younger , the info came late , now at my age part of No 1 , is 10k steps , 1 hour swim , 20 mins gym , 8 hours sleep ( never ever in my life when I was young , except for maybe age 16 ) did I get 8 hours sleep , its crazy important.

The best advice I have been given from my mentor is that if you have to choose between talented and trustworthy people, always go with the person you can trust. Because, even if they are averagely talented, you can train them and make them useful in the future.
