What would you do with this employment. ?

What would you do if you have years experience, a stellar resume, know your stuff but, you have a new awesome job and you were assigned to a supervisor who is setting you up to fail. And 2 weeks before your review he tells you that you’re not up to par with the others. And looks at your paperwork and says your paperwork is not up to par. When you know it is. What to do. I have a very short time and I don’t want to get the boot. I’m a very hard worker and I know my stuff. But, he started in on paperwork finding reasons to find it wrong. Help me out you guys

Aks your boss what you need to improve on to be better & more equipped. Stop being the victim and really work hard. Do your best. It's okay to feel down sometimes we are not perfect. Try your best okay

I am not doing anything wrong. I have asked that. I’m not a victim nor do I want to be. I’m doing every possible thing to succeed at my job.

Why not then ask your boss about where you actually may lack at? Because if he IS lying I'd go to HR

Ok thanks , I did ask. I’m told my paperwork is not up to par. He rewrites it and says the same exact thing I’m saying. I don’t know what else to do. Paperwork is so subjective , I could find something or you could find something in the way I’m writing right now. I guess I’m going to have to go to HR

Not if it means losing my job, people have to be stopped we can’t have crooked supervisors, running people out of work because they don’t like you.

Thanks Iron Man, it is scary going over one’s head because then you look like a a victim and often I’m told it’s turned around back on you like you’re causing problems. But, if I’m going to be treated like this and no one does anything about it then it’s not the job for me I guess. I do love the job/
