Stress is not worth it, especially if you REALLY hate your job. At one of my jobs I was about to seriously snap. I was getting tons of insane ideas of what to do to get fired. I had barely enough clarity to quit even though I didn’t have another job lined up. I wanted to be unemployed more than still working there. I’d rather be homeless on the street or in a forest.
Now I’m at a low stress job, happy just to be unstressed, and whenever I look back on my last job, I am scared of that version of me. That’s how crazy I got in the head. If you feel like you’re close to snapping, I say quit before you do something that will get you on the news and in jail.

Carry on with the job. Think about what you’re doing it for. You’re not getting paid to enjoy it, you’re getting paid to do it. I don’t love my job but it pays for my bills and necessities and provides everything that a job is supposed to. If you find a better job with the same pay, then move onto the better job.

I'm in the same boat. Hate my job but it pays more than most jobs I'm qualified for atm. I would say stay until opportunity knocks and you find a job that matches the salary or makes more and leave when you get that job. Start job hunting now. That's what I'm doing.

Keep doing it and more importantly, have a plan on when you'll stop and move on.

Making money is about improving your quality of life. If you are suffering at your job, your quality of life sucks. At some point you gotta say, I'm going to enjoy life. When you have a job you actually likes, the day goes by a lot easier with or without a lot of money.

You decide how much the money means to you. I'm not rich, but I'm not in debt. And my mental well being means more to me than a few extra dollars.

I got hurt at my last job and it did not pay for everything. I'll never be the same again physically. I learned the hard way there is a tradeoff. Jobs DO NOT care about you. To stay/go back to working there could cost me immeasurably. My health comes before any job now. Would I go back? Only if I have no choice.

I can’t stand my coworkers. I’m a CNA and it’s a fight to get anyone to help me with simple things that require two people such as a hoyer transfer. The women gossip and won’t keep me out of the drama assuming I’m talking shit about them to my other coworker when we literally talk about our lives and shit like our credit scores not even being worried about them. I’m just sick of the old lady clique in the hall that I work in.

Doing that now lol. Pays the bills I overlook the annoyances. I had a really annoying coworker eventually I just yelled at him he asked to get moved. Its better now.

My coworkers. I’m a CNA. It’s hard to get anyone to help me with anything and by law I can’t do certain things by myself. Such as a hoyer transfer.
