Do you leave a job you hate,?

I'm an assistant manager for a pool company in the summer i work 60 hours a week I'm getting tired of working that many hours. Plus it was a bad summer not enough help

I'm hating my Job i don't have a new job lined up yet but I'm thinking of putting in my noticed.

Will it be slowing down for you at all? Any hope of hiring another person to help with the workload?

7 or 8 months maybe less we will be slow

hopefully we get some smarther people who apply next year

I would apply for other jobs while you're still working so that you don't have to get stressed about money and finding another job
