Would you quit your job if you hated it that much before finding something else?

I have a filing job which I like.
But work dynamics are shocking.
Our air con doesn't work properly, so it's been really hot. We are in winter & I'm wearing t-shirts to work.
It feels like a sauna & yesterday I almost fainted.
I went to management to ask if they could fix the air con & they said no because the other side of the office will get too cold.
I've also asked a few times for a foot rest & they've said no also. So I started using a box to rest my foot. Then they told me to take it away cause it doesn't look professional.
All the management are arrogant. Especially the owner who has shares in the company.
He yells at everyone, he yelled at a girl for putting a table in another place as it was in her way.
She quit on the spot.
He is the head, so you can't go to him anyway with his crap attitude.
Everyone there puts up with it.
I'm really struggling working in this heat & I feel like I'm going to faint any day now.
I'm still with a few recruitment agencies, they usually find me something in two weeks.
The working conditions here are horrible.

I would suggest you to have a solid backup plan and job before leaving the previous one. You have experience and you'll get a good job soon enough but who knows the unforseen future. So just hang on there a bit and find the job that suits you. After getting appointment letter, just throw resignation to that bit**y boss of yours.

It depends on your personal situation. I worked a job I did not like for a long time. I had a wife and 3 kids to support. I really could not leave until I had something else lined up for my future.
