I hate my job so much but I can't quit for financial reasons. What do I do?

I work in HR, my workplace is so toxic.
People here only gossip about each other and spread rumors.
My manager lets some rest and do nothing while others can't even have a 1 minute break.

Everyday, I wake up in the morning feeling like I'm going to prison but I can't quit because I need money.

Start a job search. Also, HR departments tend to be overloaded with a bunch of completely useless losers. So if you insist in working in HR, try to find a company that's either an early stage start up or that is actually having some financial challenges, because they won't have the ability to build up the giant bureaucracy of useless that is most HR departments. What you do NOT want is to work in the HR department of a wildly successful company like Google or Facebook where there are no "real" problems to solve and it all turns into insane backstabbing and nastiness.

sounds a lot like a majority female work place. you can quit. just gotta find a new job. go look for a new job. the place you're working at right now is not the only place that pays for the work you're doing.

1. if you like what you do, start recruitment processes for other companies
2. if you don't like it, start to look for a way to change your qualification to something that fits your taste better.

Unfortunately, I've always thought that HR is the department responsible for creating a healthy work environment and employees motivation but where I am working it's totally the opposite

Here how to get better jobs. One keep your job till you finde a better paying job.2nd it does not know how bad it is. 3rd be patient there someone who is worse working their butt of at much lower pay.

Sick it up at least money is there just go on line jobs are everywhere till the immigrants immigrants start taking everyone's jobs.

Just do your job. Don't interact in any social way. If you aren't a part of the toxicity then it doesn't matter.

Well that's the problem bcz I don't interact with them yet they gossip about me and my manager frequently call me in and tells me that I should interact with them

Find anothr job. C how much they pay in their advertising without asking the hiring peopl. An expert on interviews said this. When u get anothr job give your company the needed amt. of notice time 2 quit.

If u don't like the new job n can't find anothr u can get hired bak 2 this 1. The 2 wk. notice or whateva is y. But realize that at your new job u could face problems 2.
