Job doesn't wanna pay me for my overtime?

So I told my dumbass boss Monday I worked too many hours last week. And she told me it's fine from now on make sure I take my breaks and stuff (prior she wasn't letting me take em on certain days). Well today is payday and I have an hour and a half of overtime. Didn't know till 30 minutes after closing (she waited to start my check). And got told the owner doesn't want us to have overtime. And because I had to leave before I killed the boss I told her I'd get it Monday. But I'm seriously getting pissed and have no idea what the fuck to do because I need my check but couldn't wait up there all day for it when she waited to do it.

You can file a complaint with the local office of the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. It is in the federal building downtown on Bay Street. If that doesn't et a result, let me know and I'll write a letter to your employer.

If you report it to the Wage and Hour Division, the employer will be fined $1,000 for each violation, plus they are required to pay the overtime.

Threaten to sue if you don’t get your check including overtime by close of business Monday

Wait so she didn't pay you at all. That's illegal if you worked she has to pay you. If I wad you I'd start looking for another job cause I don't want to work any where that doesn't want to pay up on payday

She waited literally till 6 when the daycare closes 2 even start it then saw I had an hour and a half of overtime and was like the pastor doesn't want us having that. I tried 2 cut my hours down and even said I'd say I took breaks I didn't. She told me not 2 do that but then did this. And I ended up just getting mad and left
