I would probably do rental business. Villa’s or apartments. Can’t risk in others

Let's assume the lottery is at least $10,000,000.
If I won the lottery, I could easily just live off the interest.
If the APR interest rate was 1%, that means $100,000/year.
So, I would invest in something safe like a large bank or the US Treasury, get that $100,000+ per year and live comfortably.
