When a company makes profit do all departments and subsidiaries receive a bonus or only those who work directly for the main company?

That varies greatly from company to company.

At my last work, managers and higher, as well as corporate monkeys received annual bonuses. Assistant managers and department managers at stores didn't receive bonuses, but could earn overtime on top of base salaries. I know of at least two assistants who ended up taking home more money than their supervisors. I also happen to know that there was a MASSIVE difference between what the general managers and executives got for a bonus compared to what the corporate workers and managers got.

Only the top ceos recieve a bonus, but they also recieve a bonus when the company looses money.

Depend entirely on the company. Many never pay bonuses.

Who says there will be bonuses at all? Those profits might have to go to investors or be used to upgrade and improve equipment.
