What is my iq and is it bad?

i am curious i recently did three iq tests that were issued to me i did a quick one and a advanced iq test and a general iq test the advanced one gave me 108 the quick one gave me 115 and the general test i did twice one a long time ago and i got 123 the first time and 125 the second and most recent so what would this mean and which would i focus on the 125 one is based on the actual issued one in the schooling system and if my iq is 125 is that good or bad
