Wow girl, it sounds like you really put things off till the last minute! I totally get how you can get distracted easily when studying feels hard or boring. But don't stress - you've still got tonight to cram and your brain works better under pressure anyways ;) Here's what I would do:
First, take a 30 min break to unwind - listen to music, stretch, do something fun so your mind isn't so foggy. Then set a timer for 50 mins and just focus on one chapter. Rewrite all the main points without looking back so it sticks better. Do this 2-3 times with short breaks in between.
For snacks, go for protein/healthy fats like nuts instead of candy - they'll keep you focused. Drink water too. And don't think too much about the future - just plow through one chapter at a time. You've got this!
Also see if any classmates want to do a last min review over FaceTime. Bouncing ideas off each other could really help cement things.
Try to sleep at a decent time - set multiple alarms and have your outfit/stuff ready. You'll feel much calmer in the morning. Break a leg girl, I know you've got this! One step at a time, you're gonna crush it!
