Why didn't I get put in summerschool?

Basically at my school they said it is mandatory to go to summerschool if your failing a class and I was failing a few classes and they said that I didn't need to go to summerschool even though they said you have to if your failing a few classes, why won't they let me go?

A lot of school will pass kids through school and cheat you out of an education. So you when you finish you won't know enough to get a job. Which means more time in school. So going to college and spending money to make money. That's how public schools are.

I don't know, maybe you are failing too many classes and need to repeat the class anyway?

We don't have summerclass in germany, so not sure.

I do not know. I failed chemistry in junior year by one point and I had to go.
