It does slow down. You'll be okay. You're doing awesome.

As a practical thing: take 30 minutes (or even 10). Turn your phone and computer off. Go get a cup of coffee (or tea or your thing). Sit in a quiet place. On the ground beside a tree. By a lake. In a dark room. Wherever is safe and suits you. And just spend that time recharging your internal battery.

I would find out exactly whet the source of the stress is. Is it grades, financial difficulties, personal problems , all of the above? I would try to make a plan to solve the problem of there is a solution.
