Someone stole and destroyed my college degree over my grandma house?

I don’t know who would do something like that. It was missing for a long time and I found it messed up. What can I do?

This is not a major problem.

You call (or email) the alumni office or registrar's office where you graduated and they can generally get you another one. There may be a cost to it and depending on who signed the original and when, the signatures will be different.

call the college and they can mail you a replacement. there might be a small cost but you can get it sent via mail or email pretty quickly

I mean, unless you know who did it I don't see how you can confront anyone anyway. Just get it replaced and find a safer spot for it.

I heard they send you replacement diplomas if you pay them a fee

The physical degree doesn't mean anything, I have mine somewhere, but no one has asked to see it in 40 years.

If you mean your certificate, can you request a new one from the organisation that issued it?
I've never actually used mine. Do you actually need it?
