What does your Sunday look like? Is it fun, relaxing or dreading Monday type of day?

For me it's fun but I'm at work my boss needed me to organize some documents for Monday. It's not that bad working on Sunday the offices are empty, it's not a full work day either and I get to dress up for work!

That depends on what week of the month we're at.

This Sunday: sleep in, yoga, shower, relax work from 14:30-23. Those shifts can be chill enough or it can be hectic. Today was that day, threats with knives, kicking, hitting - "I want to kill you all, I'm going to kill my self, everyone hates me even mom and dad" kind of day. Thank goodness he's still a small one.

Next Sunday: Reset day, love those (this week it's tomorrow since work today). Catch up on cleaning, self care, journaling and such.

Sunday after that. 12 hour shift. As today it can be chill of hectic - just in a different way.

Last Sunday: reset day. Those are my favourite Sundays.

Usually pretty relaxing. Mass in the morning, and then we normally come home and make breakfast. Then we might have some friends over or go and visit my parents. Might watch a movie at one point or another. We finish with our family Rosary (as we do every night). Then off to bed.

Depending on when I'm on call any day can be a tough day for me or a nice one too. I never know what's going to happen until it starts happening.

I don't feel anxiety about this. That's what I do and I've been doing it for a long time and I'm very good at it and I take a great deal of satisfaction in it. That said, it's also exhausting.
