Is anyone baking in the heat?

Man hot temps with electric companies warming lights go out. There is a town 3 hours from me is been told 9 o'clock power off. Any one having problems yet. Today top out at 110.

Nope. I'm in Florida. This has been one of the coolest years I can remember. We basically had 2 weeks of peak summer and now temperatures are dropping again moving toward fall weather. Not a single hurricane/tropical storm all year so far.

This gas been the rainier summer that I can remember I don't think we got more than 5 days above 90 degrees. My lawn looks great.

We had 40 c heat in the UK last year. We have no ac and our houses are built to retain heat, as we live in a cold country. We have had okayish weather this year. Thank goodness nothing like last year!

There were two days where it was like 37 degrees. I worked through it in a hot greenhouse hall and it was quite bearable. I went outside, and it was pretty bearable. The rest of the summer wasn't particularly impressive heat wise, if I recall correctly. Although it was very dry. The reservoirs seemed pretty drained.

Sure, I'm baking here in England. 'Summer' has been somewhere in the region of 15-20 C in the past 2 months...

@jimmy2 this is what our normal summers are like! We just had 40 C heat last year, and it was awful 😖
