Do special need pass college?

A lot of schools have DSPS (Disabled Student Programs and Services) type programs. California Community Colleges certainly do.

I worked at a college that had a program for social needs students. Mostly autism and dyslexia.

Go to your local community College ans ask to speak with a counselor.

I was thinking that because I had a professor call me stupid because I'm special needs.
