Did getting money change your goals in life?

I’ve been struggling with creating ideas on ways to build my wealth for years and than I watched interviews that discussed what investments other people made to earn money and now money is a non issue for me, because I realized I just needed to get start up capital and once I had that, I could buy middle men to do the money earning for me, while I collect profits, and now that I believe I will be easily rich, I can focus on helping others and not on getting rich.

I’m an entrepreneur. Trust me, no investor wants to give a start-up founder an initial fund so she can hire people to do work for her. They will scrutinize your plans, figure out what exactly must be done, and make sure there is enough work on your own plate to keep you busy for at least 60 hours per week. They will also not allow you to have a comfortable salary until they get a return on the investment. And if you get funding before you have added value to the company, the investors will demand most of the equity in the company and you will not be rich upon exit. Investors hate what they call “lifestyle entrepreneurs.”

Not yet. The only thing it would change is the ability to reach my goals. Then I suppose I would create a new goal.

Have you thought about getting a job? Plans are good but do you want to look back and realise you've achieved nothing bar an idea scrapbook.

Not really. Part of me getting money is working for it.
