I think Japanese is pretty easy to learn. It was the first language outside of my own that I tried to learn. It looks complicated but it’s all about breaking it apart. Also with Japanese and even Korean they have romanji (romanization) and then they have kanji which is the symbols. I learned romanization first because how you read is mostly how you say it. Plus at the time I was watching tv shows and listening to music which gave me the opportunity to grasp the different ways or the general ways to say certain things. You just kinda pick up on it. And with Kanji it’s easier to compare it to something that is familiar. The first word in kanji I learn in Korean was banana. I thought about how the bottom looked like a bucket and so I knew I can easily point it out.
Probably a version of the English language that isn't British for me.
Those brits always making everything so complicated! :P
jk lol
😅😅I know. We're British!! It's in our nature!!
Thank you for the MHO!!
It depends on what languages the person speaks. If a person speaks only Korean it'll be easier for them to pick up Japanese because the grammar is very similar to Korean with "subject object verb", but he might struggle learning a western language. If the person speaks English it might be easy for him to pick up German, but would struggle with Korean and eastern language.
It all depends on what the person knows. Like if you know latin you can learn all the romance languages easier than a person who doesn't know it.
I think Latin languages. Spanish is really easy if you’re embedded in the community. I was fluent in the my teens- at least with those folks.
But I haven’t spoke it in a while. Italian and Spanish (in Spain) “felt” like it was easy to fall into but the locals could've just been humoring me.
French is different…not sure why. As I think it’s Latin based too.
English is technically Germanic? Though there’s tons of Latin words in it.

I was able to learn Russian alphabets and some words in a month while Japanese took me like 2 months and I forgot it easily.
So, I think Cyrillic languages are pretty easy.
I myself use Urdu which has Persian and Turkish and Arabic and Hindi mix but I still think Russians is by far easier next to English
From my experience, I would say it's Spanish. It's simple, straightforward and the grammar won't give you nightmares Lol
Not to mention that it's a beautiful language. I love it!!! 💜💜
I think Spanish, because I had to learn it to speak to my moms side
nice
if you know English, then german is pretty easy to learn
English. I was about to say french but... o hell no. It is not. 🫠
For English speakers I’m guessing Spanish is typically the easiest. It certainly seems to be the most common second language for them here in America.
Depending what you are mostly would have a strong accuracy for.
probably Spanish
Probably Italian.
