Should I report a supervisor to higher ups?

She talks extremely disrespectful towards me and hold resentment towards me due to another one of my colleagues talking badly about me. I tried to tell the colleague to say good things about me to the supervisor but she still doesn’t. The supervisor listens to the colleague who obviously tries to sabotage me. The supervisor also tries to make me seem like a lazy person whenever she gets the chance. Sometimes I can’t hear her through the phone, she will shout or repeat it in a tone that is extremely disrectful. And I once heard her talking badly about me to that colleague.

Probably better off looking for another job. You can report her but she'll just find a legitimate reason to make your life hell. Doesn't seem a hill worth dying on. I've had a lot of bosses that were personally jerks. Just comes with the territory

I hear ya, but I've had a lot of decent jobs over the years. There's no shortage of them out there, and to NOT have the drama going on... eventually you're just going to hate going into the office.

No a good portion of them don't. My point was you said it's "a decent job" not "it's my dream job that I won't be able to do anywhere else" so why stay and deal with the drama? From coworkers? Yeah you'll always have that, toxic boss? Not worth sticking around.

Ugh that sounds insufferable. The job is what i'm paid to do. That's what I'm compensated to put up with. If there's there's drama on TOP of that? I'm going to need a raise.

You will be at a disadvantage considering you have a coworker and a manager saying one thing about you but you saying they out to get you. Best to put you head down, not engage in talk that isn't work related, stay off the phone as long as you can, and start an annotating your interactions. Keep all forms of correspondence in case they really are messing with you and they try get rid of you
