There is nothing like absolute. Yes man has more physical strength but it can be done using simple machines levers some engineering tricks etc. Working smartly not hard.

While woman are good in emotional things which can also be learnt by man by practice.

There are tons of jobs that women can do but can't match the level of male counterparts

This may include construction work, mechanic, bricklaying, combat military , firefighting and many more jobs that includes physical strain

And there a jobs with the reverse scenario too

@sunflower00 They are too weak and slow physically. Your life and others could depend on your physical strength. Suppose you have to run into a burning building and carry out a fat man and suppose then burning beams fall on top of you.

You must pass the necessary fitness and strength training though, at least where I live, so you would be up to the standards if you passed? The female firefighter I know had to be up to a certain standard and so do the men
