Unless something is wrong, yea. But I have to qualify that. To me, a minimum wage job is "decent". And "instant" is obviously not instant in the literal sense. Even if you apply at a company that ends up hiring you, the process can take a while.
Also, you don't need a job to work. You can just go out and start working. I could go out tomorrow morning and probably have paying work lined up before the end of the day.
Bottom line is that when people say they can't find a job, I don't believe them. If they can't find some specific job, or a job paying a lot of money, sure. But that is not the same as not being able to find a job.
We are in an employee market right now. That's why even traditionally low paying minimum wage type of jobs have such high pay now. That's what companies have to pay to get someone.
Yes in the west where minimum wage is protected anyone can get a decent job, without a college degree... as charlie kirk pointed out repeatedly, and correctly, "millions of jobs, don’t need college degrees" that is a fact. Also... "for most students, (i say this like a holy mantra) college is just a scam," i mean to "take much money without its value compensated" hence he dropped out... so did bill gates i heard.
Well to be honest you could be a custodian and if you know how to manage you're money you won't have financial issues. I have met doctor and lawyers but do not know how to manage their money. I'm all about being frugal and making wise financial choices. Hey grammar and spelling may not be my thing but I know how to manage money and budgeting.
Yes and no. Yes if your family is rich, so there is something called privilege. But nope, if your parents aren’t rich, even people who have degrees still hard to find decent job nowadays.
While it's possible to get a job without a degree, "instantly" finding one depends on factors like skills, experience, and job market conditions. Passion and persistence are crucial, but structural challenges such as economic conditions and industry demands also play a role. Tailoring your skills to meet market demands, networking, and demonstrating your abilities are vital steps. Success often requires a balanced combination of motivation, strategic planning, and adaptability.

Yea! A job is easily attainable! A good job usually takes time obviously, but you have to start somewhere!
So what do you think about people who haven't found jobs in 1 or 2 years? Bad luck, not looking in the right places?
Not looking or being too selective. I had a friend who lived with her parents and would always complain about not having a job, playing the victim, then I told her my job was hiring and she said it seemed too complicated. Meanwhile I’ve helped other friends get jobs simply by asking around to places I’ve worked before. I live in a large city, so most places are hiring. But I know that smaller cities have less jobs and those I can see people struggling to get jobs a little more. But there’s always a way!
Of course. In fact, not having a degree is a good thing. An uneducated person DOESN'T know they're being exploited for labour, they'd put in hours and hours for so much less lol.
Not instantly. But I know so many people that spent 4 years getting a degree to work 30 hours on minimum wage
It's not that easy to get a good job unless there's a big demand and you're qualified. There are plenty of shit jobs nobody wants to do, but you still have to be able to have transportation to work.
I think people are just being lazy. One of my best friends made her own little small cleaning business and to be honest she makes good money cleaning home. People have to get creative and think outside the box. I have met people with college degree doctors and lawyers but if they are not smart with money management and making wise financial choices trying keeping up with the Joneses then that degree is pointless. I coach people on how to budget in my church I arranged semeniars. Yes regular working people can become millionaires if they now how to manage money.
It is often a case of whom you know and not what you know, but yes, it is very possible.
Anyone can get a job, if they are willing to take what's available.
No it's not as simple. Contacts are usually needed.
No, it's not that simple, depends on your country, but in my country, some people are actually unemployed for years, despite having a degree.
No, it’s about personality also.
