Have you ever been told that a job isn't for you despite not really having much of a chance to learn it?

That's what they've told me at this new place. They want to move me to second shift because they feel like I'm not picking up on the whole sanitation thing. To be honest, I've really not had much of a chance to learn. I was sick for a couple days and went to get a COVID test. I was negative thankfully, but the trainers they put me with have a really thick accent and don't speak English very well. Plus there's loud machines running in the background too so I can't really comprehend what they're saying over the machines. I just feel like in all fairness they really didn't give me much of a chance to build myself up. I mean to me it's going to take more than just a day or two to build up. They said I was a nice guy and friendly but two overwhelmed and too anxious. Of course I'm going to be anxious. I'm in an unknown place learning a job wouldn't anybody be?
