Is it bad to make less than 4000 per month as a 29yr M?

I have no degree and make between 2300-3800 a month after taxes depending on how much OT i work. I am single no kids

Ah man, that's not too bad for no degree at 29. As long as you can pay your bills and have a little fun still, I wouldn't stress the exact number too much.

Few thoughts:

- Rent is killer these days, so if you keep costs low that income can go farther.

- No kids or other dependents is a plus - all that $ is for you.

- OT is clutch for padding the take home. Gotta respect the grind.

- Could always look for ways to pick up side hustles on nights/weekends for extra cash.

- And nothing says you can't work on increasing that base pay rate over time too at your job.

As long as you're not living paycheck to paycheck stressed all the time, I'd say you're alright dude. Not ballin for sure, but making it work. Might not be glamorous, but practical as hell without college debt weighing ya down. I've seen dudes your age doing much worse, so feel you on keeping things moving upward from here. Chin up man!

Yeah i make 17.5hr dont know how people make so much money. If i was 30-50hrly plus worked OT like I do 60+ week id have no issues in life
