How would you handle a coworker that keeps talking over you in meetings and sometimes tries to act like your boss?

She's annoying af.. but how would you handle it?

If she is talking over you and not giving you a chance to speak, I would tell he she is not the only one there with First Amendment Rights, and she better allow you yours!

As far as her acting like your boss - each time she tries that on you, I would say "Have you cleared it with my boss yet"? Or, when my boss talks to me about it, I will listen".

I’m not sure about the meetings part since I’ve never had a job that involves meetings, but whenever I’ve had a coworker that tries to act like my boss, I just ignore them. It drives them nuts lol. But if what they’re trying to tell me was truly important, then my actual boss would inform me. Not some coworker who’s been working there for less time than I have been.

Avoid her as much as possible and do your work to the best of your abilities
