Do you feel it was wrong with how he spoke up about the poor service?

I guess I’m the odd one out here because I don’t blame the unsatisfied customer. The only thing I found wrong was him recording this for social media. But other than that, if the service is poor, you should be able to speak up about, no matter where you are (restaurant, store, etc). And I don’g even feel he was rude in giving feedback. I know people that would’ve just cursed the guy out and drove off. And people in the comments are saying fast food should be fast, but the point was that the guy probably rushed this man to order faster. Like he said, you dont HAVE to work there. You may need to, BUT you applied for a job there so that was your choice in working at a place that makes you unhappy. So either quit or take the feedback and do better 🤷‍♀️ #FeelFreeToList

I guess I’m just different. I care more about customer satisfaction than following the rules. I get that they’re trained to rush people to do whatever. But still. At one job, I was rushed to get people off the phone in 8 mins. I quickly stopped caring because rushing them off was just gonna make them curse me out, leave a bad survey or call back. I rather take care of their needs the first time around. The boss can suck it before they lose customers and an employee
