I offended my coworker because I suggested an active activity for team building and she has chronic pain?

I suggested we do something active like golf, bowling etc, snd she got offended because it wasn't inclusive towards people with chronic pain... was I wrong?

No. Wtf is wrong w people, especially women? Everything seems to offend women. Did you know she had a chronic disorder? If not then no you weren’t in the wrong. That’s the problem w society today too many people are raised to be big babies. She can go get bent. I guess it’s your job to know her medical history. Forget apologizing, especially if you didn’t do it on purpose. Not your job to spare her feelings. She will always complain no matter what. She probably uses that as a crutch in life.

You were insensitive. I don't know how you responded, but I would have said "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize. What sort of activities would work for you?"

Realistically there is nothing that is going to please everyone. I almost never attend this sort of thing.

Actually, bowling and golf have modifications for this anyway.
