Do you know of any word that's not a palindrome where, if you completely rearrange the letters, it means the exact same thing as the original word?

The only one I can think of, off the top of my head, is the word, "It's". Which is a shortened version of, "it is". If you mix the letters, you get, "`Tis", which is another shortened way to say, "it is'.

It just came to me, last night. I was watching "It's About Time" and started replacing "it's" with "`Tis" and noticed that even the apostrophe is switched and wondered if any other words can have just about every character moved around and still mean the exact same thing? I notice the S is the only one that wasn't moved.
