Are u satisfied at your job even in this economy?

Too many rules are changing and no pay raises. I refuse to overwork and be underpaid especially when the company pays new employees over the seniority employees. thoughts?

I got myself fired from my job. Over 4 years on and off busting my ass for them, working 10 hour shifts with no lunch break, and no raise or promotion and no respect or appreciation.

Like you said, the rules are changing. When I first started, it was super chill and easy place to work, but every year, they add some bullshit new rule and the people run it get more and more incompetent. So much hypocrisy and nepotism, and too many wrong people in the wrong positions, and the ones who should be held accountable never aren't.

What's the difference in the wages between new employees over pre-existing employees?

I keep hearing the newer working generation simply does not want to put in work.

No the new generation isn’t allowing themselves to be taken advantage of and these corporations hate that 😂

Corporations aside.. I'm working a blue collar job for a smaller company and it's been difficult to hire good help.
