Is there a platform you use to learn and practice another language?

Yeah there are lots of them out there that teach language. Just Google it. I think most of them are paid apps. I can't recommend any because I have never used them but I do see them advertised like Rosetta Stone for example. I don't know how effective they are. If it were me I would check local colleges or schools that offer adult language classes. I took lots of Spanish in high school and some in college. That is the best way to do it because you have conversation with others in the language which I found to be the most difficult part. Reading and writing you can take your time. Talking to someone in their native tongue is a ton different and a lot harder.

There are lots of apps, software, websites and other sources to learn languages. It's easy enough to do a search. Don't forget the library as a source of physical books, audio books, online software and in-person classes. I volunteer teaching English at the library once a week myself.

There are also a lot of free or paid tutoring sources.

A lot of people like Duolingo. It's a phone app, but it's modeled after "flash cards".

There are many books. Many of which have online audio where you can listen to the text instead of just reading it. For English, I have used books published by Macmillan and DK. Both companies publish books for multiple languages. I'm sure there are many others.

The most important thing is YOU. Learning a language takes time and effort.

I have a Turk in my library group. He's not there every week though. If you want I can ask about resources in Turkey.
