Ugh girl, that's the worst feeling when coworkers are gossiping about you behind your back. I know it's hard not to take that personally.

It's possible they could be jealous - maybe they notice you doing well at your job or getting attention from higher ups. Haters gonna hate sometimes, you know?

A few things that may indicate jealousy - do they tend to try one-upping you or putting you down subtly? Make backhanded compliments? Act friendly to your face but say different when you're gone?

It could also just be them being catty too though. Without hearing exactly what was said, it's hard to know for sure.

Try not to let it get to you sis. Keep your head up and focus on doing you. Prove any haters wrong with your badass work.

And don't be afraid to shut down drama politely if it comes your way again. You got this! Just keep shining bright - jealousy shows they see your light.
