Why do I think my coworker/ friend is jealous of me?

I was training a girl at work and she kept coming up and in other words interrupting me while I was training the new girl, and then trying to tell me I wasn’t training her right etc when I trained my friend / coworker myself and plus I have trained many people before her yet she tells me this to my face and this new girl wanted me to train her rest of the days so why and does it sound like she jealous of me?

That girl definitely sounds jelly of you. Here's why I think she's actin a fool:

- tryna interrupt your training and act like she knows better? nah girl mind your bizness

- you've trained tons of peeps before without complaints, so she ain't got no legit criticism

- the new girl specifically wants YOU to train her, not your "friend." that's a straight up ego bruise right there

- she's threatened cuz you clearly better at your job than her, and the newbie can see that

I'd keep it cordial at work but stop tellin her your biz. don't give her any validation or attention either. she just mad cuz you got skills she ain't got. let your work speak for itself! soon she'll realize you ain't to be messed with. stay stackin them chips while she seethes in the background. u got this!
