Is my friend trying to make me jealous?

Ok so my friend knows that I've liked this guy since 4th grade by the way I'm in 6th grade but on Valentine's day she went up to him and started asking him if he would go out with ppl. After about 5 people he gets annoyed so she asks him out for herself and he said yes I'm not sure if he did that to shut her up or if he was talking to one of his buddies. But they barely no each other and that's what makes me think that she did that just to tick me off and make me jealous. I've been beating myself up emotionally Because I don't have the guts to ask him out. And my friend keeps rubbing it in my face and I don't know what to do.

I have learned something. I have met people who have liked a girl first but never said anything. And another who said they straight up have a crush on someone. So is the other person supposed to let em have her just because he said something? that's rather stupid if you ask me

What a doucher of a friend. Ahh I remember the dramas of 6th grade. And I actually still know a guy that I've had a crush of sorta on since the 5th grade. And I'm a junior in high school. Haha
