I get jealous because she ignores me when I need someone to talk to. She just tells me,"Oh. I'm sorry that happened to you." And that's it.
But then she spam calls me and asks for me for help and advice. Then keeps talking about it when we meet up.
I feel jealous when she hangs with our old highschool classmates and I don't know why. She changed a lot. I feel like she wants to use me. She never gets back to me and she used to ignore all of my messages while being active on Facebook and posting things.
How can I stop feeling jealous? Everytime we are hanging out, she always complains about how fat she is when she fits size medium or small and her body is perfectly healthy and fit. It puts me down because I'm working out and am trying to lose weight myself.

You need a new friend. Cut her loose, she is an energy vulture. She sounds like a narcissist and uses you to stroke her ego while investigating zero of her energy into you. She knows she's not fat but just wants her ego stroked. I sense your weak and I'm guessing she does too which is why you are being used and cast away when there is no longer a use for you. I don't think it is jealousy you feel, more confusion. Your confused as to why she invests her time in others and not you, even though you have been a great friend to her. This leads you to feeling unhappy- unhappy about yourself. 'what am I doing wrong' 'what could I have done better'. The answer is nothing, these types of people are poison and add no value to your life other than drain yours. Cut her loose, the world is full of people, make new friends.
i know that when girls get older there is not such thing as my BFF and u will see that later if not now whatever it is but most of the time its because of a guy that they both find attractive physically and want to mate with him if this happens they will kill each other for him simple as that just stop talking to her and find urself a new friend
That's not jealousy, that's you feeling unwanted and ignored by your so call friend. This girl never has your back but runs to you for emotional support the moment she feels vulnerable. She only wants to speak with you on her time, otherwise this girl is not a good friend nor does she care about you. If you want to stop feeling this way, then drop this girl and don't give her anymore attention. If she tries to speak with you, come to you about her problems, tell her to go tell her friends and walk away. You don't need people like her in your life, you want loyal friends not users.
I had a friend like this. Everything was always about her and if i ever had a problem it always "wasnt that bad" to her. I stopped answering when she needed to vent and when she asked to hang out id always say I was busy. Eventually she got mad and said I wasn't a good friend. I laughed and told her she was never a good friend. That was the end, and life is a lot less stressful now
You need to let her know that he she is treating you is not nice and that instead of complaining she should say nice things about herself. As for not being jealous, whenever you feel yourself getting jealous remind yourself that her, as your friend, being happy should make you happy
Well, it all starts with yourself. You have to stop comparing yourself to her and accept yourself more. See, jealousy comes from the "I wish I was like this"/"why can't I be like this" place. You can't have space for that in your mind. Also ask yourself if you even care about this chick or you're just hanging out with her because she fills a void in you.
Well , that's not jealous , you are a bit of sad and a bit of angry of what she does and you have the right to feel so , I don't want to be judgy here but she's playing children's games , but to answer your question and to stop being jealous be who you are and don't compare yourself to her everyone has his own weaknesses and strengths so know yourself and know your strengths and work on them and remember that she's not perfect and has her own weaknesses
She's not your friend, and she's waiting for you to drop her... that's why she diminishes your feelings like that.

Seems like you dont feel appriciated and you should defeneatly find more friends who will show you more intrest and appriciation truth is sometimes people are self observed and only have people around that meet their needs so find frineds like you that listen and reach out when ever afriend is needed for the fun the bad the god and the boring dont be around people that only use you
Jealous is a very Bad Sickness that can be Obsessive. I know Plenty of who are Jealous of me and Hurtful. Especially when it i is Family. Find God. He is the Way Today. And He will also Help Find You. Hei s Real Family. xxoo
She's not a friend she might have been but not now she's too concerned about herself rather than being a friend to you and if your feeling jealous towards her then definitely distance yourself away from her as everytime your around her all you'll feel is jealousy
Build your own self , don't look what other people have or do, just focus on your body and mind, build a solid character and you won't be jealous of people like your friend 😊
Easy. Ghost her as a friend. She call you then act to busy to talk. Remove this toxic woman from your private life. Just be social if you see her somewhere. Beyond that drop her like a bag of bricks
