Is my best friend being jealous and unsupportive?

My lifelong best friend is amazing. She is always there for me and has helped me through a lot in life. But lately I've been reflecting, sometimes it seems like she says and does things that are unsupportive. I want to say maybe she does it out of jealousy? But I hate assuming that of people especially her. Backstory, I've played piano my entire life. She played when she was little and we used to be competitive with each other, but as she grew up she stopped playing. Everytime I've played piano for her or have gotten to do projects as an adult she's never that enthusiastic. I rarely hear her encourage me give compliments. Recently I got an offer to do a project but had to turn it down because of some personal stuff that came up and I was sad that I had to let those people down. I told my friend about it and she said I shouldn't feel bad that I had to turn the project down. She said sometimes life takes you in different directions and you won't always have the same priorities as other people have and thats ok. I told her music is a huge priority of mine, but that I just couldn't do it right now because I've been going through a lot. She didn't have a response

I'm starting to realize that she might be jealous of my success with piano and that's why she never encourages me, but I don't want to think that of her.
