Is my coworker jealous? Or just didn’t like talking to me in general?

I worked with this guy for almost a year and got really close to him. I asked him out a couple of times but he said he didn’t want to date coworkers. I recently quit and started seeing a new guy. Now the old coworker won’t return my messages. Another coworker asked if he had talked to me since I quit and he said ”not since she’s got that new boyfriend.” Is he jealous? Or just didn’t like talking to me in general?

Why would you think he was jealous? And why would it matter since you are dating someone else?
You are saying he doesn't return messages, and he says he hasn't talked to you since you have a new boyfriend... those two statements don't add up.

I’m talking to this guy but nothing serious, he’s only in town for summer break. Another coworker had asked if he had talked to me since I quit and he said “not since she got that new boyfriend” which I don’t have a boyfriend just a person in talking to with no intent of anything serious because he’s leaving the state in a month or so
