Signs he might like me:
He stares at me all the time
He parks next to me wherever I park
He makes small talk sometimes
He teases me
He stares at me while he's talking to other coworkers (everyone in his area stares at me too (might this mean he's been talking about me?)
He helps me with my work, filling in for me on my break or giving me advice
He laughs at stupid stuff I say that isn't even funny
He usually makes sure he's around when I'm leaving or he gets to say bye to me if he's leaving
He lingers around me during work

He ignores me a lot
When I smile at him sometimes he doesn't smile back
He avoids me sometimes
Extra facts:
It upsets me when he ignores me, so I've tried ignoring him too, or acting indifferent, like one time he was hanging with a female coworker and said hi to me in an annoying voice and I just ignored it while going up the escalator...or I won't acknowledge he's there in our morning meetings, and he won't acknowledge I'm there either
He's gone on a few dates with another coworker but it never became anything and they're still friends, they talk to each other sometimes, so I avoid them and try not to be around when she comes up to us
