I am looking for work again, and need one more job reference. I pranked my ex employer cause I had beef with my ex colleague but got caught but managed them to forgive me. That 4 months ago.

Now I am worried my ex manager is pissed at me and won't give me reference. He's a cruel and grumpy man but also a perv. I am 26 and not bad looking and fit. I want to ask him to give me a reference in exchange for pleasing him sexually whatever he likes for a while. I am thinking of seducing him but I don't know if it will work.

If you were my ex manager would you do it?

Going to depend on the guy, some yes others no. I would not recommend what if you do him the favor and he still gives you bad reference or you don't get the job even with him giving a good reference or they don't even call him, not all places actually call your references.

Better, just to have a friend call him as a 'potential employer' and ask him for a reference and see what he says. Remember in the US most employers won't give a bad reference in fear of lawsuit.

My perspective is that if he's not going to give you a reference anyways, trying and failing probably won't change anything.

But trying and succeeding possibly will. (Keep in mind if he's a real asshole he'll just let you please him and then still not give you a reference).

Don’t do that. Just ask him for a reference. If he isn’t willing to give you one then go without.
