The economy is bad and people fell for the education trap. Go to colledge and you will be fine! Thats true for our parents when only a few could go to colledge. Now people tend to be overqualified in things we don't need so they work low wage jobs that anyone can do. And those mind numbing jobs then don't pay enough for a comfortable lifestyle.
If I was in that situation i'd be hating my job to, but I went to the IT acedemy which only cost $4000. I already had a passion for IT and did it as a hobby. The IT acedemy didn't really teach me much but I got a degree which was highly in demand and now I get to do my dream job with plenty of job oppertunities out there.
The biggest lesson for our younger generation is not to fall for the collage scams to put you severely in debt with no benefit. Look for in demand jobs, what they pay and what you actually need to get in. Perhaps even apply for a few without the degree and see if you can get in the door with a cheaper path. If it works you save yourself morgage level student loans, if it fails they will tell you exactly what degree or education path you need.

I don't get why people complain about their jobs at all. I get that people can get annoyed, but at least you didn't have to deal with things such as being forced into a dictator's army as a teen or breaking rocks all day as a child because your dad killed your mom and ran away.
Nope people aren't lazy. The pay is not matching up with the state of the economy. And the workload often doesn't match up to the salary. Like the job I'm currently in does not match what I should be getting. I should be making at least $40,000 but instead I'm making much less than that.
because no one is ever happy these days. i bet they'd hate being unemployed and looking for a job (which is getting worse and harder by the day) more than just complaining about the job that they already have

The Stress about dealing with shitty managers and the work they do to only receive pennys on the dollar after taxes are taken out.
after spending 40 hours of their lives a week
just to barely afford groceries, yeah id be pretty pissed off to.
thats why i joined the electrical union and im happy as fuck cuz now i don't have to worry about that.Because in reality none of us were built to live a life of 80% working a job and 20% enjoying life, and sometimes those ratios are even worse. It’s very sad that our world has enslaved us
Maybe their jobs just suck. But complaining is the only thing you can do. As other jobs suck as well, but you can't afford to miss out on the paycheck.
I have a good job that pays well. The commute is not bad either. It is never really busy. The only complaint I have is I do not get enough time off.
Probably because most jobs suck and some people are lazy they don't want to work at all.
one of main issues is underpaid jobs
