Who is tired of jobs and how they treat us?

I AM SO SICK OF JOBS ESPECIALLY FAST FOOD. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY UNIFORMS can't BE MORE SIMPLE. HAVING TO GO CRAZY LOOKING FOR A STUPID SHIRT WITH A DUMB LOGO THAT SAYS NOTHING LIKE “SLAVING MY LIFE AWAY TO A BOSS WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME.” SERIOUSLY AND THEY NEVER GIVE ENOUGH HOURS there's ALWAYS SOME STUPID DISCRIMINATION GOING ON! THEN THEY TREAT THE NEW GIRL BETTER THAN YOU. there's ALWAYS SOME STUPID GIRL WHO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOU FOR NO REASON AND TREATS YOU BAD WHILE she's NICE TO EVERYONE ELSE. THE FACT THAT I DEALT WITH BULLYING AT EVERY JOB AND THE LAST JOB THESE TWO STUPID IDIOT GUYS TRIED TO FLIRT WITH ME AND LEAD ME ON. BEING NAIVE I WENT ALONG WITH IT AND EMBARRASSED MYSELF. THAT STUPID GUY GOT AWAY WITH WHAT HE DID AND I END UP QUITTING THAT JOB. IM ALSO SICK OF THE ATTITUDE OF THESE YOUNGER GENERATIONS THESE DAYS. THEY DONT WANT TO WORK AND ARE SO LAZY.

I am confused about so much here.

But yes. Work sucks. Fast food is one of the worst versions of it. It is physically and mentally taxing and the pay is insulting. You'll frequently be understaffed, overworked and it is well understood that you are meant to be replaced, not kept, therefore extracting the most value out of you at the cost of your health is the norm.

It changes dramatically if you get a job where replacing you is difficult.

To some extent the current work situation might be the real challenge of our generation. I fully expect it to blow up soon, likely would have if the war did not knock the wind out of the sails.

That said hoping for societal change is naive and you are better served striving to make a change. Programming for one is always available and can pay very well while having some rather cushy jobs (and some horrible ones, real mixed bag). You could probably spend an hour or two a day and be empoyable in a few months.
