I’m learning how to play acoustic guitar JUST ENOUGH to surprise my girlfriend with a song…. because she fucking HATES dudes who try to play guitar and sing to girls😂 She’s always said that, but the Barbie movie had a scene about it, with all the Kens singing “at” all the Barbies, and that just hit home with her, she’s referenced it several times since the move. Says it’s one of her biggest “icks.”

So, we don’t live together at the moment, and I have an opportunity to learn without her having any idea. I bought a guitar within days of seeing the movie with her, lmao. She keeps mentioning that scene since then, and it’s so hard biting my tongue every time. But yeah, she’s gonna fucking HATE IT, and I can. not. WAIT😂😂😂

Recently decided it would be a good idea to see if I can grow crops in a limited oxygen environment along with coming up with a way to provide all necessary nutrients through the use of a specific chemical mixture. If successful will be something used for space travel and will reduce how much oxygen needs to be present resulting in easier set up and more efficient set up space related bases. We already have a powder that produces pure O2 given certain conditions.

To digest. I’m not talking about food, although that’s probably a good thing to work on also, but I mean digest life. Learn to digest conversation before reacting. Learning to digest situations before I overreact and either say or do something that is wrong (which I used to do a lot)

I never really allowed myself time to process. If someone made a mistake on their part of the job, I’d overreact and have verbal diarrhea of the mind and language without hearing their reason why there was a mistake. Most of the time, after I’ve overreacted, it ended up being something so easy to fix if I just gave myself time to process and think rationally.

Meditation. I found a way into this mental zone where I am not really awake, but also not really asleep. I see dreamlike image and can think very deeply, but I am aware of what's going on around me. There is also a certain amount of euphoria and peace.

It came to me while trying to relax one day, and I am getting a little better each time.

I'm trying to lose weight. I have been experimenting with different types of teas, and sources of vitamin B and B complexes like nutritional yeast. I've also been experimenting with different calorie levels and types of calories. I do not believe the data you see on websites because I heard in a documentary that weight loss companies pay websites to post misinformation about weight loss online so that they can make money off of the inability of normal people to lose weight.
