If someone says here comes trouble when you walk up what does it mean?

my team leader keeps saying to me "oh here comes trouble" or everytime she appraches me and im smiling or just anything she will be like "what cheeky thing are you up to" like why the f she keep saying this? I am not even cheeky at all lol. Is there her weird banter or like has she heard bad stuff about me? In general I have an overall good relation with her. But still she says this in front of others too sometimes. Its like she is implying i am sneaky?
