What does it mean when a guy says "here comes trouble" to you?

My sister sometimes says things like, "Here comes drama queen."
"Here comes model."
Etc.
She is not serious, just being playful.

He was having a joke with you. Trying to have fun with you. Next time he does it say something back like "Yeah right" and smile.

But at the same time many times it means just a joke and nothing else.

He stares at me a lot from across the room, if our eyes lock hell usually smile when he seems me looking, looks irritated whenever I'm talking to another guy, he'll jokingly pretend to trip me, and we've poured water on each other joking around ( sounds very juvenile I know) hell nudge me when we're walking past each other. But yeah basically very subtle things nothing super in your face obvious that's why it can be hard.. He's also pretty shy around me which can make it hard to read him

See I get that gut feeling he does but I worry whether the age difference keeps him from pursuing me ( I'm 21 and he's 31) any tips to push him to pursue me more?

Well it could be the age difference. I mean it is not like your under 18 so I don't see any problems with you pursuing him.
