What does it mean when a guy comes to stand near you?

I would like to know why this guy likes to stand near me but he doesn't want to talk to me or when I try to talk to him, he puts his head down.

I like this guy and when I talk to his sister or mother or my friends. He stands near me and will listen to our conversation. Sometimes he says something and sometimes he will just stare at me.

A couple of times he has stood so close to me, it may have looked like we were a couple. One time he came up and nudged me to get my attention, and then acted like it wasn't him.

This guy is so hot and cold with me, one minute I think he likes me and then the next minute he acts as though we have never talked.

Am I just making a big deal out of nothing? Or is there something potentially there?

I think you just have to talk to him more to find out more. Maybe Initiate the conversation one time. If he sound like he doesn't want to talk then don't try harder... I mean I would stand next to a girl if she was really attractive... so who knows maybe he thinks that you are cute but I don't see anything more than that.

he's shy. ask to meet somewhere sometime before exchanging numbers. talk to him and learn about him. he should open up.

He's surely just shy, I've done similar stuff with my crush back in high school. I wanted to be near him but at the same time I didn't know what to told him.

I think he like you but just doesn't know how to start a conversation with you and all.

He likes you but maybe he's shy. A shy guy at my work did that to me too. I started talking to him at work and. becoming friends so he felt safe. Try talking to him and establish friendship, go slow.
